Payza Is Restructuring

Payza Is Restructuring

This is a message to inform you about the restructuring that Payza is undergoing.

Our previous domain is no longer accessible, however Payza’s services are fully operational and available at our new domain www.payza.eu, to everyone except for residents of the United States. Our new domain defines Payza as being a European service.

Note that Payza is no longer offered as a service to US residents. This means that no transactions are allowed for US members at this time and Payza will no longer be servicing businesses registered in the US, neither providing US payout services or US based withdrawals.

Please be aware that Payza’s services are still available to businesses registered outside of the United States. However, with our recent change of domain to www.payza.eu, it is important that merchants switch their API to https://api.payza.eu and update their payment buttons to direct to https://secure.payza.eu from now on to ensure uninterrupted services.

We hope that you will stand with us while we are dealing with these changes. For all our loyal and dedicated members, Payza is still fully operational and we will continue to serve you in the best way we can!

Thank you for your patience and understanding,

The Payza Team

Payza Executives Honored with Industry Awards

Payza Awards

Payza’s CEO, Firoz Patel, and Payza India Director, Vineet Tewari, receive recognition for their hard work and success

Payza has seen tremendous growth in 2016 and 2017, growth that would not be possible without the tireless efforts of the company’s executives. Recently, two Payza executives were recognized for their efforts and Payza’s success.

Payza CEO, Firoz Patel, has received the Fintech Awards 2018 prize for Insight & Globalisation Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year – Canada, presented by Finance Monthly. The award recognizes Payza’s important role in promoting fintech solutions that pave the way for a more connected world.

“We have a vision at Payza to bring online financial services to every region of the globe, not just the developed world,” said Patel. “This award is gratifying because even though we believe in our vision, it is satisfying to know that experts in the field share our enthusiasm and recognize our efforts.”

Payza India Director, Vineet Tewari, was also honored this year, named as one of the 50 Most Influential Payment Professionals at the Asia Retail Congress 2018. The award notes that “[Vineet Tewari] is a proven builder of key customer/partnering relationships [and] is a proactive and performance-driven professional with a go-getter attitude.”

Payza India also received the Best International Payment Processor Award at the 2017 Super Achievers Awards in December. Payza has placed a strong focus on the Indian market, a move that coincides with the country’s shift towards demonetization that would require more digital payment options and services.

Payza has partnered with New RAMPGreen Technologies(NRGT) of India to bring convenient online payments to the Indian market. “We’re excited to be working with NRGT to deliver even more convenience to our Indian members. With this, we are able to offer Indians a way the innovative services they need at a reasonable cost,” said Firoz Patel.

Tewari, under the mentorship of Patel, has played a major role in helping Payza achieve the organization’s goals in India. He is developing new business opportunities for Payza in India through his network of industry contacts.

Payza Introduces Full Bitcoin Wallet Functionality for All Account Holders

Payza Press Release

New ‘Cryptocurrency Address Manager’ feature allows Payza members to generate Bitcoin addresses within their e-wallets

LONDONSept. 5, 2017 – Payza, an award-winning payments technology company, is proud to announce the launch of its latest cryptocurrency feature: Cryptocurrency Address Manager. This new feature enables all Payza members to generate and manage cryptocurrency addresses from within their Payza accounts.

With this launch, Payza members will be able to generate their own Bitcoin address and QR code for their Payza account to easily receive Bitcoin from other Bitcoin wallets. This means that Payza members no longer need to set up an Add Funds by Bitcoin transaction prior to receiving Bitcoin.

There is no fee to generate Bitcoin addresses and it is also free for members to receive Bitcoin using this method.

“We’re proud to offer one of the most complete sets of Bitcoin services on the market,” says Payza CEO Firoz Patel. “Whatever your Bitcoin needs, Payza now has the service to match. Our users now have all the same functionality that a Bitcoin wallet provides, right in their accounts.”

The new feature is available for Payza Personal and Payza Business account holders. Payza merchants can also continue using Payza payment buttons to process Bitcoin payments on their websites and Payza APIs for automating Bitcoin payouts.

Payza’s Cryptocurrency Address Manager feature allows all members to generate and manage Bitcoin wallet addresses. Although only Bitcoin addresses are currently supported within the new Cryptocurrency Address Manager, other cryptocurrencies will be added in upcoming iterations. This new feature is currently available on the Payza desktop site and is scheduled to be added to the Payza App in a future update.

Payza Unveils Test Center for Smoother Payment Integrations

Payza Press Release

The new section allows Payza Business Accounts to test their payment button and instant payment notification integrations prior to a live release

LONDONAug. 28, 2017 – Payza, an award-winning global online payment platform, today announced the release of the Payza Test Center, which offers merchants a new way to test out their integrations prior to a live release.

The Test Center allows businesses to create and analyze test Payment Buttons and Instant Payment Notifications (IPNs) without performing real payment transactions. All Payza Business Accounts, both verified and unverified, have access to the Test Center. The Test Center provides sample information for testing credit card transactions using both Payza Member Checkout and Guest Checkout.

The Payza Test Center provides all the tools that a merchant needs to test their payment buttons and generate IPNs. “We wanted to provide added resources and a more user-friendly environment to help our merchants make sure their integrations are properly set up from beginning to end,” said Ali Nizameddine, EVP Product and Technology at Payza.

With this new offering, businesses can now convert individual Standard Integration and Advanced Integration Payment Buttons into test buttons, which reproduce the functionality of live buttons, however no payment data is ever sent or received. Merchants can still set their accounts to Test Mode, which converts all payment buttons into test buttons.

The Test Center provides scripts to convert payment buttons into test buttons, which allow merchants to verify that their buttons are properly configured. Transactions performed through test buttons can then be used to generate sample IPNs, with a range of settings to recreate the various Payza transaction statuses.

Sample IPNs can be used to build or test various post-payment automation scripts. Payza IPNs transmit encrypted information regarding every aspect of a Payza transaction. Once decrypted, merchants can use the values for scripts that automate post-payment tasks, such as sending out follow-up emails or fulfilling an order. Find a full list of IPN values in the Payza Reference Center: Payza API Guide – IPN.

“The new Test Center replaces Payza Sandbox and Payza Developer’s Center as the complete testing environment for Payza integrations,” said Firoz Patel, Payza’s CEO. “It’s part of our mission to make sure that our business accounts can easily navigate and test within our user interface and we’re confident that the Test Center will help in this regard.”

Payza Brings New Funding Options to Mexico, Bolstering Country’s E-Commerce

payza news media coverage

Mexican Payza users can now use Mexican pesos for their online transactions and add funds to their Payza accounts via OXXO

LONDON, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Payza, a leading global online payment platform, announced that, as of today, the Mexican Peso is an available currency within the Payza platform. Payza members in Mexico can now perform their Payza transactions using their local currency to make online purchases in pesos, and send pesos to other Payza members instantly. Pesos can also be converted within a Payza account to other foreign currencies supported by Payza, such as US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros and British pounds, in order to complete international purchases or obtain a Payza Card.

Payza also announced the introduction of “Add funds by OXXO” for Mexican Payza account holders. Members can add funds to their Payza accounts by creating an OXXO voucher and paying it at any one of the 15,000+ convenience stores located across Mexico. The Mexican pesos they transfer to Payza will be stored in their Payza e-wallets for use in online transactions.

“Although Mexico’s e-commerce market is growing at a rate of over 21%, nearly double the global average, today’s reality is that e-commerce penetration in the country is still very low,” explained Firoz Patel, Global Executive VP for Payza. “Because Mexican credit cards cannot be used for purchases outside of the country, access to global e-commerce has been difficult, to say the least. Now that Mexicans have the option to fund their online Payza accounts via OXXO, they have a local route to access the global economy — a complete digital payments experience in their local currency.”

Mexico’s retail industry is currently driven by local payment options, and since most local Mexican debit cards cannot be used for online transactions, credit cards remain the most common online payment method. Payza’s integration with OXXO is a viable alternative that will help meet the daily e-commerce needs of shoppers in Mexico who can benefit from a low-cost deposit option.

This highly secure method of payment transaction services between Payza members and OXXO customers will facilitate a single and comprehensive solution for Mexican online shoppers. The new feature follows other targeted local currency initiatives Payza has launched internationally, such as in India, Canada and Brazil.

payza news media coverage

Payza members can now send secure direct messages to Payza’s Customer Support Team within their account

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – 11/17/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Payza, a global payment platform, has announced today the launch of a new direct messaging customer support feature with In-Account Support. The service will offer members improved customer assistance by being accessible directly within their accounts wherever they require additional guidance. The new support system will also provide an enhanced mobile support experience to complement the latest version of the Payza mobile app (including iOS), which will be rolling out before year end.

The pilot project for the direct messaging feature has been running since the start of October and is offered to Payza Business Account holders as well as all members in the US, UK, Canada, India and Bangladesh. Now members can submit a support inquiry in seconds without interrupting their session.

The feature comes as the first initiative in a series of enhancements to the Payza user experience. The new Payza Reference Center, home to Payza’s account setup guides, user manuals, and API and Advanced Integration guides, is also currently in development. These services, along with Payza video tutorials published to the company’s YouTube Channel represent a major shift in how Payza envisions providing self-serve and Payza-assisted support to its members.

This new highly secure method of communication will facilitate a prompt two-way conversation between Payza and its members. The feature will also be used to inform members of updates to their account by providing announcements and reminders. Payza will send periodic chat messages and pop-up “Notes” with information about new features, promotions, account updates, and other helpful tips. On rare occasions, Payza will use full-screen pop-up messages for important updates and announcements.

“We are excited to unveil these latest support tools to our Payza members. We believe our members deserve a practical way to engage with our support team. This new system is the ideal solution,” explains Firoz Patel, Payza’s global executive vice president. “The direct messaging feature will provide our members with the convenience they are looking for.”

If a member is unable to access their account for any reason, they can still contact Payza from the Customer Support Page.

Payza Expands Services in Turkey: Make Transactions with Turkish Lira

Payza now offers even more online payment services in Turkey by introducing Bank Transfer deposits and withdrawals. The Turkish Lira is now a supported currency you can transact with your Payza Account.

Great news for our Payza members in Turkey: we have added the Turkish Lira to our list of currencies you can exchange within your Payza e-wallet. You also have the option now withdraw Lira to your bank account using bank transfers.

Previously, Payza members in Turkey made the majority of their transactions using the Euro; these members now have an alternative because they can hold, transfer, add and withdraw Turkish Lira using their Payza account. These new options make online shopping and money transfers in Turkey more practical than ever.

If you already have a Payza account and know of Turkish citizens or businesses who would benefit from our services, why not refer them to Payza and receive a bonus from our referral program?

Payza provides an alternative to businesses that used PayPal

The situation in Turkey is similar to the challenges Indian freelancers faced in 2011 when PayPal limited its operations in India. As in India, Payza has expanded our services in Turkey to make sure Turkish businesses and professionals can participate in the global e-commerce economy.

Online businesses in Turkey were caught off guard earlier this month when PayPal stopped operating in the country. The sudden exit of this payment gateway forced hundreds of thousands of businesses and individuals to find an alternative payment platform or to abandon e-commerce altogether. This unforeseen need to find an alternative payment gateway has limited e-commerce activities and cut-off essential sources of income for many freelancers and entrepreneurs in the country.

If this event has impacted your business or online shopping habits, we encourage you to make the switch to the Payza online payment platform. The transition is easy and you can start today.

For online business owners, when you sign up for your business account, you will instantly be able to accept online payments, including payments in Dollars, Euros, and Turkish Lira. Once you verify your business, a process that takes about one to three business days, you will benefit from many additional features for online businesses, including credit card payments, online checkout pages, and withdrawal of funds to your Turkish bank account. Payza has all the features you need to operate your online business so consider joining our payment platform so that we can connect your business with your international clients.

As an individual, you’ll find Payza has a wide range of services that make sending and receiving money online, as well as online shopping, fun, easy, and secure! If you’re a freelancer or self-employed professional, Payza also makes it easy for your clients to pay you for your work, no matter where in the world they may be.
